Return policy
At ZapaGames, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their digital purchases. Because we deal in digital activation codes, our policy is designed to protect both the integrity of our products and the security of our customers.
1. Eligibility for a Refund
We offer a streamlined, automated refund process for products that have not been accessed.
Unviewed Codes: If you have purchased a code but have not yet viewed or revealed the key in your account dashboard, you are eligible for an immediate, automatic refund. Simply click the "Refund" button in your Order History.
Viewed Codes: Once a digital code has been revealed, viewed, or redeemed, it is considered "consumed." At this point, we cannot offer a refund for a change of mind or accidental purchase, as the item cannot be resold.
2. Defective Products & Replacements
In the rare event that a code is defective or does not work as described:
Reporting an Issue: Please contact our support team within 30 days of purchase.
Resolution: We will investigate the issue with our suppliers. If the code is verified as invalid or defective, we will provide a replacement code or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
No Restocking Fees: There are never any restocking fees for digital products.
3. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for unviewed codes if you realized you purchased the wrong region or platform. Please contact support before revealing the key to facilitate an exchange.
4. Processing Time
Refund Method: All refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.
Timeline: Once triggered, the refund is processed by our system within 1 business day. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
