Rise of the Tomb Raider is the sequel to the successful reboot of the franchise surrounding adventure-archaeologist Lara Croft with the simple title Tomb Raider. The developers promise to hold on to the popular elements of the former game and to improve on certain criticized aspects to provide an even better gaming experience.

In Rise of the Tomb Raider, the tombs will be significantly larger, so that more riddles have to be solved to salvage their respective treasures. At the same time, players will witness the further evolution of a young Lara Croft on her path to become a fearless adventurer. Also, the graphics, especially for the characters, will be improved once again.
